The Arbiter Service is a charitable organisation providing arbitration and negotiation services for inter-cultural disputes where legal remedies are not available. The Graduate Entrant programme provides a three year Pupillage at the end of which most entrants become full Arbiters, Not all Graduate Entrants have a legal background or education but having knowledge of International Law is an advantage.
